Affiliate Program Application

Welcome to the KCP Affiliate Program

1. Affiliate Status

  • Independent contractor (not an employee or agent).

  • Must comply with Australian Consumer Law, ASIC Act, Spam Act, and Privacy Act.

2. Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must display this disclosure on all promotions:

“I am an affiliate of Kinetic Capital Partners and may receive membership rewards if you join the platform. I am promoting membership only, not financial products or investments.”

Also must include a General Information Notice clarifying that all financial product information on the platform comes from licensed providers.

3. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates must not:

  • Make misleading or deceptive claims.

  • Provide or imply financial advice.

  • Promote investment opportunities or returns.

  • Use spam or misleading domain names.

4. Rewards & Payments

  • Determined monthly based on valid referrals and activity.

  • Paid in AUD within the following month after verification.

  • KCP can withhold or claw back payments for fraud, cancellations, or breaches.

5. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 7 days’ notice.

  • Immediate termination for breach, misconduct, or promoting financial products.

  • Pending rewards may be forfeited for cause.

6. Liability & Indemnity

  • KCP’s liability is limited to 6 months’ rewards value.

  • Affiliates indemnify KCP for breaches, misleading conduct, or unlicensed activity.

7. General Provisions

  • Governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

  • Affiliates must keep records for 12 months.

  • Only membership promotion allowed—no link to financial products.
